Artists Profile
Carole came to art after careers in the medical and business fields. For the past 10 years,
she has been concentrating on water soluble and mixed media as well as handmade paper collage.
Her excitement with art comes from the sight of bright color and the use and feel of textures.
Fiber art is her relaxation.
She has studied at Ringling School of Art and Design, and with Gerald Brommer, Maxine Masterfield,
Diane Schmidt and numerous FL and PA artists. She is a member at Island Gallery West and is on the
Board of Directors of Art Center Manatee. She is affiliated with the Perkins Center for the Arts in
Moorestown, NJ and is a member of the International Society of Experimental Artists. Carole also serves
as Secretary of the Florida Suncoast Watercolor Society.
